The Liebster Award

I was tagged by Blogger Books for this lovely award. Thanks so much!

The Rules:

  • Answer the 11 questions you’ve been asked
  • Nominate 11 other bloggers
  • Ask your nominees 11 questions
  • Let them know you’ve nominated them!

If you had to choose one book to rescue in a fire, which one would it be?

I don’t go near fires, the same reason why I don’t go towards knives. I’ll probably rescue by signed copy of Warcross, because I can’t replace a signed copy.

If you had the chance to meet one author, who would you like to meet?

Marie Lu.

If you could change something in a book that bothers you, in what book would you change something and why?

I would like to change Catwoman: Soulstealer because I had issues with it, and none of the characters were really that interesting.

If you could rewrite one “Harry Potter” death, who would it be and why? (If you don’t like Harry Potter, any death!)

Probably would be Fred Weasley. Yeah, I’m still sour about the whole thing and he should never have died.

If you could ask your favorite author a question about their book, what would it be?

How did you come up with the book?

What has been your favorite book that was published this year?

Children of Blood and Bone

What is your Top 1 book on your TBR list?

It depends, but right now, it’s Lifel1k3, since I got it on my library shelf.

Have you ever read a book for school you ended up enjoying? If yes: which and why?

The only book that wasn’t torture for me was Miss Peregrine’s Home For Peculiar Children. I had to read it last year, and because I loved it and had my own copy, I didn’t really particularly mind.

Which book has to be turned into a movie but hasn’t been discovered yet?

I actually want to say Throne of Glass. While it has been optioned for a TV show by Hulu, but nothing happened.

Name a character that acts/looks/is very much like you!

Hermione Granger. We don’t look identical, but we have buck teeth,  and love books

For how long have you been blogging and why did you start a blog?

I celebrated my one year anniversary of starting this blog last month, but in reality probably been about 8 months or 9, because of my month long hiatus.

I really feel like not answering this one because the whole situation from then to what May I think is complicated. One of my favorite bloggers around here, got me interested and I really wanted to start a blog just like hers. Unfortunately, I didn’t find blogging that interesting and found it more of a hobby that wasn’t important. I think it wasn’t until my third follower that I really thought I should bring out content on my blog, but I didn’t have a computer and had to post an update saying where have I been. Went on another unannounced hiatus until I got my own a month later, started to write reviews, but I feel like those like suck, and kept with it until about mid-April when my great grandmother died. I feel like you know where this was going…

It took me days to even complete blog posts, and in May, I started liking it and quickly became a passion of mine that I really love doing, and here I am today, having posts up everyday.

Thank you for tagging me! I’m looking forward to answering your questions 😊

I completely agree with your Harry Potter answer – if I didn’t choose Fred, I’d definitely bring back Dobby!
